Flash Plugin is crashing constantly

The newest version of Adobe Flash Plugin crashes every other time.
I solved this by using an older version which I found in my Jaunty installation folder.
Here it is - a 2009-11-14 version of Flash Plugin.

Now testing version 10.3.181.14.
